After you finish physical therapy visits for an injury or surgery, you will benefit from strength training by a Physical Therapist to transition back to sports, work duties, and daily activities.
With my background as a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer, I can blend medical and fitness knowledge to develop a structured program that will give you a strong and confident body.
I don’t accept insurance because my programs focus on getting you back to higher levels of function such as playing sports and improving your overall fitness. Insurance does not cover these types of programs because they fall under the category of prevention, maintenance, or fitness.
My services are cash-only as you would pay for personal training or nutrition coaching. I believe we have more freedom to customize your program with cash-pay services without the boundaries of traditional insurance-based physical therapy.
For online sessions, we’ll meet via Zoom. I’ve been doing tele-rehab sessions before they became popular during the COVID pandemic so I have experience developing accurate ways to assess your strength and build a personalized home exercise program that will help you reach your goals.
Fill out the questionnaire and describe your injuries so we can be efficient with your time when we meet. The questionnaire also allows me to prepare for your case before we meet so I can provide the best plan for you.
I have helped over four thousand clients in-person and I would love to share their stories. Due to confidentiality, many stories can’t be shared, but I am building a new testimonial page on this website that will feature dozens of success stories.
I also created free injury support groups on Facebook through an online company I started called Evercore Injury Recovery. We have over 10,000 real people with real injuries in these groups. Right now, we have groups for meniscus tears, sciatica, broken/ankle, knee arthritis, frozen shoulder, and plantar fasciitis.
Feel free to join these groups to connect with other people going through a similar injury as you. You can learn more about the groups here:

There are advantages to online or virtual consults and some people like them better than in-person visits. They allow you to meet with me in the comfort of your own home. You can save time meeting with me online instead of driving in traffic to a clinic and back home. Also, I can see you in your home environment to modify your exercises with equipment that you have available so we can make sure you’ll actually do your home exercise program regularly.
